It is important to us at bibisfashion.com that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Please email us for a return authorization number and return the product with the authorization number within 5 days from the date you receive the product for a full refund ( less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee). The merchandize must be unused and returned in original shipping container . If you have questions about the return or exchange policy of an item, please contact us at: bibi@bibisfashion.com. We will not accept any item that has been used or damaged.( Any damage or defects must be reported to us within 3 days from the date you receive the product. We will not accept any claim for any defects or damage after the 3 day grace period.)
